Return & Refund Policy

VERY IMPORTANT: Always return all accessories to us: plastic ziplock bag, leather gel, cotton bag, gift box (if any).


Please read the 3 points below carefully.

1. Return all items!

When returning your order, we ask you to return all accessories as well. This includes the following items:

  • Black plastic ziplock bag
  • Leather gel
  • Cotton pouch
  • Black label with barcode attached to glove.
  • Gift box (if included)

Please ensure that the gift box is packed in a sturdy shipping box, so the ziplock bag and/or gift box are not damaged during return shipping. Preferably use the original shipping box in which you received the order.

Note: If any of the above items are missing, we unfortunately cannot process your return.

2. Gloves in original condition

All gloves must be returned in their original, unworn, unfolded condition. Gloves must not be stained, folded, creased, worn or damaged in any way. Please also ensure that all tags and labels are attached to the gloves. Flyers and other accessories should also be returned in original and clean condition. If these are not met, no replacement or refund will be issued.

3. Return within 60 days

Returns must be made within 60 days of the original delivery. Orders returned after more than 60 days may not be accepted.


Exchanging and returning in 2 steps:

1. Click ‘’REGISTER RETURNS‘’ below, then select one return reason.

IMPORTANT: if the product is broken / damaged, please first send a photo of the defect to info@schwartz-vonhalen.eu including the order number (so do not return the gloves yet). We will then contact you.

2. Then fill in your details and choose (if you have the option) a courier. Follow further instructions and deliver your parcel to the selected courier.
We will process your return as soon as it has been confirmed by our warehouse.

Shipping fees for returns are FREE for the following countries:

  • Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands and Poland

European Countries (Customer’s Expense)

For returns from the following European countries, shipping will be at the customer’s expense:

  • Belarus, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Georgia, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Kosovo, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, Norway, Portugal, Romania, Russia, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine

Rest of the World (Customer’s Expense)

For returns from all other countries, shipping will also be at the customer’s expense:
